PR Success - Client Testimonials

Excalibur Screwbolts

After winning The Queen's Award for Enterprise we appointed Words Worth PR to produce and co-ordinate our press releases and promote our company's achievement to local, national and trade press.
We are happy to say Words Worth PR had considerable success and we have been featured in major business profiles nationally (Daily Express) and locally (Evening Echo) plus many trade editorials.
We would like to thank Words Worth for all their efforts and wish them every success for the future.

Charles Bickford
Managing Director

Actimax
“I have used WordsWorth to help me promote two businesses over a period of more than 10 years, such is the level of satisfaction and trust we have in its service.
WordsWorth supports us with a range of services including producing our newsletters and for our media relations strategy of press releases and case studies through which valuable coverage has been generated.
The audience we need to reach often does not have a high level of understanding of the technical complexity of the IT and telecoms solutions we provide. WordsWorth’s copywriting bridges the gap to help us explain in lay terms what we do.”

John Massey
Managing Director
Principle Cleaning
“WordsWorth are excellent communicators, able to talk to people on all levels. They suggest alternative ways of looking at our business promotion and are seen as an important member of our team, not just as Public Relations consultants.”
Douglas Cooke
Managing Director

EOL IT
“Our requirement was to get our company name well known within our target market and also within the local area. Through Words Worth raising our profile we have won a number of business awards and our Managing director became Businesswoman of the Year in the East Anglia region.
“Words Worth has ensured regular local, national and trade press coverage for EOL IT through a well planned schedule of press releases.
“All of the staff at Words Worth have been unfailingly helpful and professional in their dealings with EOL IT. We really have found, as first time users of a PR agency, that their results speak for themselves.”

Plain Healthcare
"Plain Healthcare have worked with Words Worth PR for 18 months and continue to be impressed with the service we receive and the results that we get. From being little-known outside of a small market niche, we’re now becoming recognised as significant in the broader markets that we are now targeting. This is in no small measure thanks to the contribution of Graham and his team at Words Worth PR, who grasped quickly the idiosyncrasies of the clinical and technical nature of our customer base. Their work rate is excellent and they show good initiative in developing communication strategies for us."
Chris Coyne
Head of Sales and Marketing

Resound Training and Development
"WordsWorth PR bring a high degree of professionalism and flair to any project in addition to a very impressive turnaround rate. Our last newsletter took just one week from first meeting to mail out."

“In the last year WordsWorth has got us more press coverage in more publications than we have ever had before.”

Mike Williamson

Tube Tech International
“WordsWorth has been working with us since 2002 when we chose them from a number of accredited Business Link Consultants.
Their PR expertise has helped us communicate our increasing range of innovative industrial pipeline cleaning and inspection techniques to a wide audience including petrochemical, gas, power, chemical and food industries.
WordsWorth translates the highly technical nature of our business into language which can be easily understood. As well as press releases and articles they have written valuable case study material for our website, along with appropriate website text.
As well as their technical ability in the Public Relations field, we appreciate the fact that they are efficient, responsive and always accessible.”

"For a number of years Words Worth has provided us with promotional support from writing press releases to writing the text and case histories for our website. I know I can rely on them to provide an overall perspective of our company’s marketing strategy and they have suggested effective methods for standing out from our competitors – not an easy task for an accountancy practice. They have even arranged very successful presentation skills workshops for our staff. Words Worth was recommended by a colleague - the distance between my practice in Liverpool and their office in Essex has not had any detrimental effect on the success of our relationship."

Martin Denison
Managing Director
Lambro Contracts
“We have worked with Words Worth for three years and have been very pleased with their service and versatility. They have helped us heighten our profile in a very competitive industry and that has helped with our sales efforts. Words Worth has successfully completed a number of projects for us including brochure and website copywriting, press and advertising campaigns and print management.”
Keith Shirley

Mansfields Design
"We were directed to Words Worth’s PR services via the Business Link Consultants’ List. Words Worth produced for us an effective Public Relations strategy that has brought us heightened awareness across the exhibitions and events industries in which we operate. The Words Worth team was very quick to grasp how our business operates and where we wanted most to be promoted and produces concise and interesting press releases."

Words Worth Public Relations was retained to support the launch of the London Gifted and Talented programme in 2003-04, under the auspices of the DFES GATE A Programme. This was a challenging task in that it involved addressing the interests of Universities, Local Authorities, a private company and a Government Department in launching a new programme for schools and a new company to run it. The work taken on by Words Worth to time and to budget included branding design for the project plus appropriate marketing collateral along with liaison with the project team, (including the relevant LEA Directors), the DfES team overseeing the project and the various people involved in G&TG learning across all the London boroughs. Additional work included planning and publicising the events at Imperial and the V&A. I have no hesitation in recommending the work of Words Worth based on my experience within the launch of this groundbreaking project; at the time I was the acting CEO of the start-up company.
